General Questions
Is Craft and Conquer multiplayer compatible? ▼
Yes! Craft and Conquer works on multiplayer servers. All players will need the same version of the modpack installed. The Essential mod is included to make connecting with friends easier.
Is this modpack free to play? ▼
Yes, Craft and Conquer is completely free. You just need a legitimate copy of Minecraft Java Edition. Download it from Modrinth or CurseForge.
Can I stream or make videos of this modpack? ▼
Absolutely — you're encouraged to! If you do, a shoutout to KingxIon is always appreciated but not required. Tag us on Discord if you post content so we can check it out.

Technical & Performance
How much RAM do I need? ▼
We recommend allocating 4–6 GB of RAM to Minecraft. The minimum to run the pack is 4 GB — below that you'll likely experience crashes or lag. 6 GB is ideal for smooth performance, especially on servers.
The game crashes on launch — what do I do? ▼
First, make sure you're using the Fabric loader (not Forge) and have at least 4 GB of RAM allocated. If it still crashes, check the Known Issues page and then report it in the Discord with your crash log.
Which Java version do I need? ▼
Minecraft 1.21.11 requires Java 21 or higher. Most modern launchers like Modrinth App and CurseForge handle this automatically. If you're using the vanilla launcher, download Java 21 from adoptium.net.
My world looks broken after updating the pack — is that normal? ▼
Yes, this is a known issue with v1.5.4. Updating from a previous version can cause chunk generation conflicts due to mod swaps. We strongly recommend starting a new world after updating to v1.5.4 or later.

Modpack & Mods
Can I add my own mods to Craft and Conquer? ▼
You can, but it's not officially supported. Adding mods may cause conflicts or crashes that we can't help troubleshoot. If you do add mods, make sure they're compatible with Fabric on Minecraft 1.21.11.
Can I remove mods I don't want? ▼
Some mods can be safely removed, but others are dependencies for the pack to function. Removing mods is done at your own risk and we can't provide support for modified versions of the pack.
Will you add [specific mod] to the pack? ▼
Mod suggestions are always welcome! Head to the Discord and share your idea in the suggestions channel. We review all suggestions before major updates.
Will the pack be updated to future Minecraft versions? ▼
Yes — we plan to keep Craft and Conquer updated with new Minecraft versions. Updates depend on mod compatibility, so there may be a delay after a new MC version drops. Follow the Discord for update announcements.
Is there a server version of the pack? ▼
Not yet as a dedicated server pack, but you can run a Fabric server with the same mods. Ask in the Discord for help setting one up.
Ion Mods
Ion Standalone Mods
Are the Ion mods available separately from the modpack? ▼
Yes! Ion Tree Fall and Ion Quick Harvest are available as standalone mods on Modrinth. You can use them in any Fabric modpack or your own world without needing Craft and Conquer.
